Shipping policy
For products that are in stock, delivery usually takes 4–7 working days. Please allow up to 2 working days for processing before your order is shipped. Weekends are not included.
Pre-order items: The estimated shipping timeframe will be stated in the product description. Once the item arrives, please allow approximately 3 additional working days for dispatch and delivery.
Why do some products have a pre-order option?
We use pre-orders to see how many people are interested in a product before we stock it.
If there is enough demand, we bring the product in and may even make it a permanent item.
